I'm on a roll!! :) Another blog post this week! Can you believe it?

Well, we're preparing for a birthday party tomorrow night.... several 12ish year old boys coming to spend the night. Pizza, cake, snacks, and ... probably no sleep! LOL!! My son is excited. He even cleaned his room after being threatened "no party" if it didn't get cleaned. (I love having a really good reason to encourage room cleaning, LOL!)

Cross your fingers we survive! :)

One thing I still need to do is figure out breakfast for them. Needs to be easy, but something boys would like. Any suggestions????

Sounds like fun!
How about a breakfast casserole? You can make it in the evening and pop it in the oven in the morning. My son LOVES it! There are lots of different versions - I've simply done sausage and cheese with the eggs poured over then baked, but I've also done one that has bread in it and the consistency is wonderful! If you want my recipe, let me know and I'll type it up for ya.
